We are a family run part time artisan smoked fish company. We specialize mostly in cold smoked salmon with some great flavours including Maple, Rum, Black Pepper and dill to name a few. I have been making smoked salmon for my family and friends for 20 years. Now we are making it available in small batches by appointment and order.
